If I am saved and all my sins are forgiven, then why shouldn’t I just keep on sinning?

While this is a common question, it has a pretty simple answer. Paul said in Romans 6:1-2, “What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?” The Bible teaches that salvation signifies a change in someone’s life, and the saving death of Christ should be a motivator for us to not continue to sin, but to live lives worthy of our calling.
